1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all agreements between

(hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”)

and her clients regarding coaching sessions, online programs, digital products, and related services.

​

2. Services

The Provider offers coaching and educational services in the areas of:

• personal development

• subconscious pattern work

• identity transformation

• mind-body approaches

• emotional support during the fertility journey

 

Services may be provided online or, where agreed, in person.

​

The services offered do not constitute medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, or healthcare treatment and do not replace professional diagnosis or treatment.

​

The Provider does not guarantee any specific personal, financial, health-related, or other outcomes.

​

3. Eligibility

Services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older.

​

Coaching minors is only possible with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

​

4. Formation of Contract

A contract is concluded through:

• booking via the website (e.g. appointment scheduling system),

• written confirmation by email,

• or another written agreement.

 

By booking a service, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

5. Free Discovery Call

The Provider may offer a complimentary Discovery Call.

​

The purpose of this conversation is solely to determine whether working together is appropriate.

​

No coaching, therapy, consultation, or individualized advice is provided during the Discovery Call.

 

Participation does not create any entitlement to ongoing services.

​

6. Fees and Payment

Current prices are displayed on the website or agreed individually in writing.

​

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due before the service begins.

​

Installment payments are only available if agreed upon in writing.

​

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments are binding.

​

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

​

Later cancellations or failure to attend will be charged in full unless a documented emergency prevents attendance.

​

8. Termination and Refunds

Either party may terminate the collaboration at any time by email or other written communication.

​

Services already provided remain payable in full.

​

No refunds are granted for completed sessions or services already delivered.

​

If a coaching package or program is terminated early, unused services may be refunded proportionally. Sessions already completed will be charged at the regular individual session rate. Any package discount may be recalculated accordingly.

​

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers residing within the European Union generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

​

If the client expressly requests that services begin before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed.

​

Digital products (such as hypnosis recordings) will only be made available after the client has expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that this may result in the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal.

​

10. Client Responsibility

Coaching is a voluntary and collaborative process.

​

The client remains fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.

​

No specific outcome is guaranteed, including but not limited to improvements in health, relationships, business, or fertility.

​

11. Health Information

The Provider does not provide medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.

​

Individuals diagnosed with psychotic disorders, epilepsy, or serious mental health conditions should seek medical advice before participating.

​

The Provider reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if participation appears professionally inappropriate or unsafe.

​

12. Code of Conduct

Participation while under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs is not permitted.

​

The Provider reserves the right to terminate the collaboration immediately in cases of abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour.

​

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

​

13. Audio Recordings and Digital Content

All hypnosis recordings, audio files, workbooks, and digital materials are intended solely for the client’s personal use.

​

They must not be used while driving, operating machinery, or performing activities requiring full attention.

​

Sharing, copying, reproducing, or distributing these materials without prior written permission is prohibited.

​

14. Liability

The Provider is fully liable for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health where required by law.

​

Otherwise, liability is limited to cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

​

In cases of ordinary negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages resulting from the breach of essential contractual obligations.

​

Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

​

15. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions will be treated confidentially.

​

Information will only be disclosed where required by law or with the client’s explicit consent.

​

16. Online Programs and Community

Access to online programs, memberships, and communities is personal and non-transferable.

​

Sharing login credentials or access with third parties is prohibited.

​

Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

​

17. Intellectual Property

All materials, concepts, recordings, texts, graphics, and other content remain the intellectual property of the Provider.

​

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published without prior written permission.

​

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

​

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
